Dr. Stacey E. Berry was born in Fitzgerald, GA, and is the wife of Pastor Lamar Berry. Dr. Berry is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her medical career in the United States Army where she served honorably for twenty-seven years and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
She is a 1997 honor graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was also the recipient of the prestigious Dean’s Award for excellence in leadership. In August 2004 she completed a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and in May 2006 she completed her second Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from the Uniformed Service University of the Health Sciences, in Bethesda, Maryland. In June 2019 Elder Berry completed her Doctor of Ministry degree from South University in Savannah, GA.
Dr. Stacey’s ministry experience spans the continental United States and overseas. Her areas of expertise are in preaching, teaching, and ministering to youth.
She is very passionate about the health and well being of the body of Christ. One of her foundational scriptures is 3 John:2 “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” She currently serves as the Co-Pastor of the Upper Room Deliverance Center located in Glennville, GA, alongside her husband Pastor Lamar Berry.
With deep love and passion for people, her one desire is to please the Lord and to walk worthy in the vocation wherewith she has been called, and to impact the Kingdom of God through selfless service and dedication.
